Happy Holidays from TLM Technologies

As Christmas approaches once again, we’re sure that many of you are preparing to spend some much needed time celebrating with family and friends over the festive period.

It’s been another exciting year for TLM, and one which brought with it a very significant announcement in the form of our acquisition by the MADIC group, the highly regarded global provider of Forecourt Products and Services.

Since the official announcement in April, we’ve been welcomed with open arms into the MADIC family and we’re excited to see what 2020 has in store for us.

Before then, however, we understand how busy the world of fuel and convenience retail can be at this time of year, and know that a number of our customers will still be working throughout the Christmas and New Year Period.

That’s why we wanted to make all of our customers aware that our Support Hub will continue to operate throughout the holiday season, including weekends and bank holidays, right through until the New Year. Please note however that the only exception is Christmas Day, where the Support Hub will be closed for the entire day.

Daily Sales procedure for store closures

If you’re planning to close your site or store at any stage during the Christmas and New Year period, you’ll need to process the daily sales to ensure this moves forward in the system. This will help to avoid any issues when you reopen the following day.
