TLM shortlisted for ‘Milestone’ APEA Award
TLM Technologies are delighted to have been shortlisted as a finalist for the ‘Milestone Award’ at the upcoming APEA Awards.
TLM were shortlisted for this Award for reaching the impressive milestone of over 1,900 convenience & fuel sites on support with them; this huge achievement was realised in just 18 months, from the opening of their Support Hub in the spring of 2016.
The TLM Support Hub in Exeter provides comprehensive support services for in-store and head office technology used by convenience & fuel retailers across the UK, supported by a nationwide team of specialist engineers.
TLM CEO Lee Papper said, “we are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted for this fantastic award; this year has been a momentous one for TLM, with our success at the National Convenience Show earlier this year, the recent launch of our evo+ solution and the continued growth across the group; I am so proud of my team’s achievements. Being a finalist at these Awards really tops off a brilliant year for us – just to be shortlisted is an honour and we are thrilled with the recognition from such a well-regarded organisation as the APEA.”
The TLM team can always be relied on to give top customer service, often going above and beyond what is expected of them in order to make sure that any issues on our sites are resolved in the quickest time possible. Having a supplier that we can depend on to support our business in this way is vital.”
The full list of finalists can be found at www.apeaawards.co.uk/2017-finalists/, and the winners will be announced at the Awards ceremony after the APEA conference on 23rd November.
